Ball Vibrators

High-frequency rotary vibration for handling powders, chemicals, and fine bulk solids. Enhances material flow. Provides quiet, reliable operation. Reduces operating costs and minimizes down-time.

There are four basic types and 14 models to choose from, rated from 25 force pounds to 680 force pounds and from 3,100 to 22,000 vibrations per minute at temperatures up to 250°F. Multiple ball vibrators can be used on a single hopper or bin to handle even greater loads.

Design Series Vibrators

--The "Design Series" Rotary Vibrators for handling large loads of bulk solids.

Pneumatic and hydraulic rotary vibration for handling powders, large aggregates, sludges, and other bulk solids. Provides efficient, reliable operation. Extremely effective with large loads other vibrators cannot handle. Long operating life, minimal maintenance, quiet operation.

Global Design Series vibrators use efficient, superbly designed pneumatic or hydraulic motors to generate powerful rotary vibrations capable of moving loads up to 70,000 pounds and higher. Many styles and models available for your need.

High-Frequency Vibrators

These High- Frequency Vibrators are air-driven and externally mounted, contain no bearing or motors, and feature a unique dual-roller design that significantly enhances performance and reliability.

There are two basic types and eight models to choose from, rated from 1,750 to 6,600 force-pounds and from 7,600 to 15,400 vibrations per minute. These vibrators can handle loads as heavy as 66,000 pounds operating at pressures from 40 to 80 psi. Larger loads can be accommodated by mounting multiple vibrators on a single container.

These units are the Vibrator of Choice for Concrete Consolidation.

Piston Vibrators

The Piston Series vibrators feature a heavy-duty unibody contruction. There are 2 basic types (impacting and air cushion) and 10 models to choose from, rated from 1,500 to 12,700 vibrations per minute. These vibrators can handle loads in bins with walls up to ½ inch thick, at pressures up to 60 psi.

Applied where maximum force is required to shake loose the trapped solids. Ideal for storage hoppers, bins, and railcar unloading.

Electic Vibrators

Electric rotary vibrators are quiet, reliable, have a low-cost of operation. They have a rugged heavy duty design and are available in a wide range of voltages to meet any installation requirement. Quiet Thunder® vibrators feature adjustable centrifugal force settings. Speeds of either 1800 RPM or 3600 RPM are available, capable of handling loads as heavy as 50,000 pounds with one vibrator. Multiple electric vibrators can be used on heavier loads.

Choice of Voltages and Phases available:

115/230 volt single phase - AC
230/460 volt three phase - AC
575 volt three phase - AC
12 volt - DC
(50 Hertz and other voltages available.)

Air Blasters

High-powered air and nitrogen blasters for dislodging trapped solids. Aerates stored material. Gets "stuck" materials moving again. Provides quiet, reliable operation. Reduces operating costs and minimizes down-time. Does not damage bins or hoppers.

There are 5 models to choose from, with tank diameters ranging from 8 to 30 inches and discharge orifice diameters from 2.5 inches to 6 inches. These Air Blasters can handle a wide range of material clogs and jams in hoppers of any size, where they effectively blast loads ranging from hundres to millions of cubic feet in volume. Multiple blasters can be used in larger hoppers or bins for blasting even the biggest loads.
